WHERE THE ACTION IS FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL!
The
QIA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the betterment of the Quartzsite
community. It is open from October to April and operates with all volunteer
help. We are the original community center of Quartzsite. We are the meeting
place for many organizations. We own and manage the Quartzsite Hi Jolly
Cemetery. Our translator station on Guadalupe Mountain brings TV stations
to Quartzsite. Each year, we give scholarships to Quartzsite High School
graduates going on to higher education. We donate to various community
activities. Our world famous Pow Wow Gem & Mineral Show in January
is our main fund raising activity.
